We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases made through for-wordpress.org.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with your order number or Paddle Transaction ID and the email address used for the purchase. We will process your refund promptly.

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank or payment method.

Lifetime License Refunds (Accelerator for WordPress)

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies equally to “founding member” lifetime licenses of Accelerator for WordPress. Please note:

  • Upon refund, your license is immediately deactivated and the license key is revoked on our licensing server. The plugin will revert to its free tier on your site and premium features will be locked.
  • Re-entry to founding-member pricing after a refund is not guaranteed once the founding window closes or the 30 founding seats are sold.
  • EU/EEA and UK consumers retain the statutory right of withdrawal under Paddle’s Buyer Terms (see our Terms of Service, Section 5).
